1. About Climb for LIFE

Climb for LIFE is a mental health awareness campaign dedicated to creating safe spaces for suicide prevention. On World Suicide Prevention Day, we undertake a symbolic climb to Annapurna Base Camp to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention programs, including work with Samaritans of Singapore.

2. Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
All funds raised are directed towards suicide prevention initiatives, campaign activities, and awareness resources
Donors can request receipts for contributions

3. Event Participation

Participation in any Climb for LIFE events (including hikes, awareness walks, or community gatherings) is voluntary and at your own risk
You are responsible for ensuring your own health and fitness for participation
Climb for LIFE is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and logos are the property of Climb for LIFE unless otherwise stated
You may share our content for awareness purposes with proper attribution

5. Media Release

By participating in Climb for LIFE events, you grant us permission to use photographs, videos, and written stories for awareness, fundraising, and promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our campaign or the use of our website, except where required by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly.
